Job description: I provide technical support to faculty and students who use PASS-Port, the electronic portfolio system used by the Gallaspy (Family) College of Education and Human Development, and iWebfolio, the electronic portfolio system used by the CALL program. I also provide backup support for the wide variety of services provided by the Office of Electronic and Continuing Education.

Why I like working at Northwestern State: As an alumnus, the university has a way of calling one home to serve.  I love the opportunity that I get to work with students in helping them prepare for their future careers. I also enjoy working with faculty to help improve their courses. I get inspiration when I see students that I had worked with graduate. Their thanks for the help they have received motivates me.
