HMT students explore tourism topics

Northwestern State University students in Dr. Lynn Woods’ Hospitality Management and Tourism 1000-Intro to Hospitality class dressed in costume to make class presentations on topics related to hospitality, tourism and recreation. Students researched people and places related to the travel/tourism industry and developed PowerPoint presentations to illustrate their findings. Other topics covered were Escada House of Fashion, Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Cedar Point, Bora Bora, Mardi Gras World and Silver Dollar City.
