Links and locations for watching the Demons' second round game

AUSTIN, Texas -- Here are details for today's Northwestern State second round NCAA tournament game against the Florida Gators.  Tip off at the Frank Erwin Events Center on the campus of the University of Texas is 6:27 p.m. CDT.  The game is broadcast by the NCAA on truTV.  See the television section for channel numbers in the Natchitoches area.

IN AUSTIN:

Northwestern State alumni and fans are invited to the Wyndham Garden for social at 3 pm, pep rally and send-off for team at 4:30 pm Friday.  Finger food and open bar provided by the NSU Alumni Association and NSU Athletics.  The team hotel is located at 3401 I-35 South in Austin off of exit 231.

As of Friday morning, the Demons' session was not a hard sellout. A limited number of walk up tickets remain at the ticket booth of the Frank Erwin Events Center in Austin.

TELEVISION:

The game is on truTV at 6:27 p.m. CDT.  In the Natchitoches area, Suddenlink subscribers can use channel 63 or 737 HD. For CP-Tel customers, truTV is now available on channel 61 analog, channel 97 digital.

Satellite subscribers can watch DirecTV channel 246 or Dish Network channel 204.

RADIO:

The Demon Sports Network radio broadcast begins at 6:10 Friday night on 100.7 KZBL FM of Natchitoches, the flagship station for Northwestern State sports. NCAA Tournament policies prevent NSU or the local station from providing an internet audio stream of the game. It is available online through Dial Global/IMG.

CAMPUS WATCH PARTIES:

The lobby TV lounge of the Friedman Student Union and the clubhouse of University Column are hosting students who want to get together on campus to watch the game.
